The Everest region lying in the Khumbu Valley has turned out to be one of the most popular peak trekking destinations. It is situated approximately 120km north east of Kathmandu. It is primarily poised with rocky landscape and surrounded deep narrow valley and set at the height of 8848 m in the north and 2845m in the south. The areas around Khumbu are commonly called as the Everest Region.

Trekking to Everest base Camp will offer a chance to go around traditional Sherpa villages and Gompas which means monasteries. Teri La Pass Trekking

Teri la pass trekking route is located very near to the Tibetan border and lets you identify Tibetan Buddhist way of life in the region. It is set near the isolated, rustic sets between Mustang and Nar which are the vital region in Damodar Himal. An extraordinary landscape with walls made of red color rocks, colorful canyons and striking structures of erosion distinguishes this wilderness alpine land in Mustang region.
The trail also lets you traverse challenging Teri La Pass(5,590m) and takes you to the stunning veiled Nar Phu valley where antique villages, as well as monasteries, are set which are untouched by the modern world. After experiencing to cross Teri La pass, the major highlight of the trek we will also make a trip to ethnically rich village in the valley of Phu.

Upper Dolpo Trek

Shey Phoksundo Lake, the name is given as Shey Phoksundo national park with covered by 3555 sq km. Dolpo lies midwestern (mostly northern) part of Nepal. It is an important point of Upper Dolpo, which behind the massif Mount Dhaulagiri and towards the Tibetan Plateau. So, Upper  Dolpo is a rain shadow (by  monsoon).  Upper Dolpo trek is a beautiful landscape and remote, Dolpo trekking region vegetation is less, dry and only fewer settlements are seen here, but a thrilling, surrounding by pristine snow peaks, the region remains an isolated corner part of Nepal. .  Trekking seasons , Upper Dolpa trekking  is possible mainly during the months of May, June, July, August, September and October. Dolpa trekking is possible much better during the summer as well as in the normal monsoon too. By the globally warming, problems are likely to be encountered  from the region during the monsoon months. The winter is extremely cold and heavy snowfall.
